    FWIW, BirdLife International is still using "Veraguas Mango". As for that convention, you say "Canada Warbler" instead of "Canadian Warbler" because Canada is a country, but since California is below country level, you should say "Californian Condor" and "Californian Quail"... okay, I haven't...
