    Black Grouse, Osprey, Ring Ouzel, Wood Warbler in North Yorks/Northumberland?

    An update: I saw black grouse at Arkengarthdale! With a telescope, probably about 1km distance, so no disturbance, and absolutely delighted to find them. A pair of grey partridge at the same spot too. Thank you for the tip!

    Fair enough! If disturbance is a big issue in the area, I'm happy to just leave them be, maybe hope to encounter the latter three on migration.
