    Help with sites for Blanford's Rosefinch (Carpodacus rubescens)

    Thank you temmie. I had not heard of the Archive. I will explore. The Nepal sites are interesting. Sites which don't require a permit unlike Arunchal are more attractive. Particularly sites in China which are so much easier and cheaper to get to. Thanks and I will try and let you know how I get on.

    This bird seems to be widely distributed from NE India into central China (Sichuan). Having travelled to a number of sites where the bird has been recorded and come away unsuccessful I want to try again this coming spring.
