    I realise I should've put it on eBird or a local site now, but it wasn't even a year list tick for me that year and I just assumed it was normal for the site (sat in a tree near the west end of the main étang and viewed from the path on the north bank, to be precise).

    Parc Tournay-Solvay and Étangs de Boitsfort - a short distance south of the city centre. Boitsfort station is right next to the park. Park and areas of mature woodland with lakes - I had turtle dove there in summer 2019, but a March visit should be good for woodpeckers, short-toed treecreeper...
