    Bird of Prey Uk

    Could anyone help identify this bird? Ive seen it regularly in the last few months. I live in Devon in the Uk and seen it dive for prey, and I'm pretty sure ive also seen it circle above prey. Looks a lot smaller and different wing shape to a buzzard I think. Ive seen it around a small woodland...
