    Hermit Thrush Or Swainson's Thrush? Connecticut USA

    Yup, Hermit. Reddish rump/tail. The color balance in the photo might be a hair on the yellow side, making the face look a little buffy (bringing Swainson's to mind) but even if I'm wrong about the color balance, the reddish rump is the most reliable indicator.
