    I have booked the trip in January. Three days on Sea Lion Island, a bit south of the main Falkland Islands. Then, Four days in the Falkland Islands with a guided tour each day. Then a tour of Patagonia, tierra del fuego and Tores del Paine National Park. I hope to see at least five species...

    Is anyone interested in birding the Falkland Islands and Patagonia in Chile? One week in each place. I am thinking of late January or possibly Feb or Mar. There are five species of penguins in the Falklands, and lots of other species are found only in the far south.
