    Bird ID help, Highlands of Scotland

    Hobby do appear in NE Scotland, but probably our rarest raptor, the gingery orange on their legs is usually visible to aid identification, they are also not brown like a Merlin. Hen Harriers are perhaps just rarer than Hobbies, female Ringtails often show up in autumn/winter. You probably will...
