Help with bird ID in Bhutan

Thank you, the head may look short as it was trying to look down my lens methinks! It would seem by the feedback I'm getting here and elsewhere that it is a Steppe, happy for me as it's a first here in Bhutan, I have seen them before in Africa. Again, thank you!

Help with bird ID in Bhutan

Thank you, please can you tell me what makes you so sure? 3 of us couldn't decide on Steppe Eagle or Greater Spotted Eagle, so any insight would be very helpful.

Thank you, I'll do that! I have asked a few birding experts, one who is a leading authority on vultures and raptors in general, and 2 that are recognised bird experts in Bhutan. The response has varied but seems to have been narrowed down to either Steppe Eagle, Large Spotted Eagle or Golden Eagle.

Help with bird ID in Bhutan

This was taken up in the Lepela and Lawalla Pass area in Bhutan, in the Black mountains that form part of the foothills of the Himalaya mountains. Could anyone assist with the identification please?

Any ideas please? I think possibly a young Steppe or Large Spotted Eagle, but it has a few of us stumped!
