    House finch nest, hatchlings gone

    Hello! Ok I'm not sure what happened here, but I have a finch nest in my porch wreath, get one or more pretty much yearly. Had 5 eggs, all the same (no cowbirds), all 5 look to have hatched on or by May 2nd. Checked the nest today, May 8, and it's completely empty. No egg pieces around at all...
