With the announcement of the closure of Eggborough power station early next year I wonder what will become of Gale Common once they stop tipping ash,it could be a first class reserve in my opinion if manage correctly. Anyone know of any recent sightings from the non accessible area of the common.
It’s turning out to be quite some Autumn already with lot’s Megas loads of other good stuff what’s going to be next to turn up how about a twitchable Siberian Rubythroat or anybody fancy finding Britain’s first Eastern-crowned warbler. o:D
What are your views on ticking introduce and reintroduce species?
I personally don’t count them on my life lists.
