Actually that is a good will jesture if fedex is saying they delivered them to you? If fedex is saying they werent delivered, then it may be a different call. You really dont give any info to make a judgement call on.

In Zens defense, most companies wont do much of anything until it has run it's course with the shipper. Though goodwill jestures are not unheard of among premium brands.
