    Field sketching and illustration

Great to know others do it as well Peter. I think if more people tried it they would be hooked. Even if they are not great artists you have to start somewhere. I may even post some photos of my first sketches for a good laugh and compare to recent ones. That might get a few motivated to start.

I live less then 45 minutes drive from Disney. My favorite spot to bird other than my backyard is circle B bar reserve. This is old Florida. Lots of bottom land plenty of trails and a great place to go. As a local I highly recommend it. Cheers.

    Field Sketching?

I've been doing alot of it lately. I was just wondering if anyone else does it. My binos mounted on my tripod, I draw like crazy as soon as I see a stationary bird. Birds in flight are a bit tough but I still try. Just thought I would see if anyone else did this?

  11. Cooling off!

    Cooling off!

Florida has been hot and nasty for a bit now. No chance of rain lately, just hot. Seems like the birds are stopping by more for the pool than the food. Caught this cardinal splashing around.
