    Best high-end birding binoculars without "rolling ball" effect?

    I have been on a quest for a pair of high end binoculars for birding (8x42 format). I have tried a few so far: I started with the Swaroski EL 8x32 and 8.5x42. I found, to my despair, that I am very susceptible to the rolling ball effect (I've done abundant reading on this forum on the subject)...
