    New Viper HD's

Correct. I do want to say. Country of origin is often a good indicator of quality. I will also say there are some pretty decent optics that do come out of China. And some complete junk that comes out of the Philippines. It all comes down to how the optics are spec'd out and how the quality...

    Swarovski EL 10X32

I concur 100%. I have had great enjoyment out of the 10x32's. Again for wooded areas I will take my 8x32's. Never experienced issues with low light. They are ultra comfortable and not obtrusive in any way.

    Swarovski 8x25 CL-P case problems

I spoke to our Swarovski rep today. He said they may have been different in the past but have made no changes in the last few years. He is very happy to help if you have any issues. I'd be happy to get you both together if you need help.

Review by 'SportOptics' on item 'MeoStar S2 82 HD'

This scope is great! The clarity is superb, bright colors, sharp and clear edge to edge. The 30-60X WA eyepiece offers a very wide field of view. Works great digiscoping. We took pictures of a hawk at 100 yards when very over cast (about to rain) pictures came out great. Comparing with...

Review by 'SportOptics' on item 'ATS/STS 65HD'

Excellent quality scope. Light weight, great color, sharp clear image. The helical ring focus is very ergonomic and precise. This scope provides for a great viewing experience in a lightweight package. I did find it difficult to find the proper eye placement above 50X. Great scope for birding...

Review by 'SportOptics' on item 'Manfrotto 190XB Tripod with 128RC Micro Fluid Head'

Quality tripod and head, great for spotting scopes or digiscoping. This combination makes viewing steady and tilting-panning very smooth. Remember you don't want to get too light with a spotting scope, especially with a heavy scope or while digiscoping. If you go too light even the wind blowing...

    Meopta Meopro Spotting Scope

Hope this helps Comparing both, I of course find the Meopro has slightly less optical quality. Nothing negative about the meopro. It is a great scope, crystal clear, very ergonomic, and I feel has the best quality to cost ratio of all available spotters. Looking through both I don't believe...

    Optics companies' customer service

Hope this helps Putting a filter may help but it may also hinder your picture. There is a lot of glass in a spotting scope. My advice would be to go to your nearest quality camera store.
