    I have just returned from India and just have one ID query, this was seen through our fairly dirty hotel window near the Taj Mahal, so the pic isn't great, the blue on the throat has me puzzled, so any help would be gratefully appreciated. It doesn't look quite right for a Blue Throat to me...
