    i'd say subalpine for the trio of pics, middle one shows the features best. assume all 3 same bird.

    Redhead, Pochard or hybrid ? London (probably captive?)

    think theres no response because there just a bunch of feral ducks, and hybrids too, everyone's favourite! dont see any pure redheads judging from the bills, just too much dark smudging. pic 8,9 and 14 are best for pochard but 8 still appears to show a hint of yellow in the eye(?) and 14 maybe...

    regarding the waxwing, rarity or not id still be interested in hearing peoples tallies of the species. ive seen 600 in one flock but its still only one record.

    commonest of the scarce= 106 dotterels and 117 honey buzzards in sussex alone, found most of em too. lots of caspian gulls, surely someone has a monstrous waxwing tally?

    the second bird is some kind of bronze cuckoo sp, first could be imm/fem white winged triller, sorry for being vague havent lived in oz for years now and just going off top of head.

    4 ids, east Poland, fish ponds

    tern is wwbt, is it not a citrine wag? doesnt show any yellow on face or any hint of black breast band. appart from weak head pattern rest seems fine
