    Black-bellied Plover?, Tampa, FL, USA

    Saw this shorebird in a shallow tidal flat at Fort Desoto Park in Tampa area Florida, last week. My gut feeling is winter plumage, Black-bellied Plover, but i dont think i could tell the difference between an American Golden-Plover. What do you think?
