    Florida ID Q

    Taken a few days ago, quite distant in heat at Kissimmee Prairie ( what a place btw), the only thing i seemed to rest on was a E. Towee distant and black due to light ? there were other E. Towees in the reserve. Thanks

    jizz of brambling or chaffinch

    Is there a difference of the jizz of a chaffinch and a bumbling. I am just wondering as curious of differences without the colour. Also is this bird a chaffinch or brambling, I took it in Feb. Thanks

    Non rustica ssp swallow?

    After looking at my photos from Blashford lakes, (hampshire, UK) today. I saw this swallow, it looks like it is quite reddish. Could this be a different subspecies to rustica ? Or is this just my imagination? Thanks

    My under-rated patch

    What scope?

    I currently do not have a scope but am thinking it is time to get one. Can anyone recommend a good scope for 300 pounds and under. I would like quite a big eyepiece(50-60x). Also what about a cheap(ish) tripod. Thanks a lot and sorry for this question which is asked a lot. Cameron

    Scilly Vs Shetland Autumn migration

    Out of intrest, where would you prefer to go, Scilly or Shetland in autumn? I have heard things like, Scilly has gone downhill in amount of rarities recently. Is this true? In Shetland do places like Fair isle attract as high percentage of rarities as Scilly? Thanks, Cameron
