    What bird's feather? Iran

    A friend of mine sent this photo a few days ago. According to the size of the toilet paper on which the feathers are placed and its size is about 11 cm, it is possible that the feathers are related to what species. Thank you for your attention and help.

    I would like to know your ID about this Accentor which we have seen in Dizin location ( Iran ) 36.087992, 51.407919 Dizin is the largest ski resort in Iran . It is located in the Alborz mountain range. Can it be a Black-throated Accentor because of the black spot under its throat?
