    Need ID confirmation. I think this is a female Red-backed Fairywren, but I am not sure. The bird was seen September 19, 2012, near Derby in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

    Raptor Samburu Kenya

    Here is a Saturday challenge, with a horrible poor image. Cropped from a photo (scanned slide) taken in Samburu, Kenya, in February 1994. At first I thought maybe Augur Buzzard, but the bird to the right seems to have very powerful legs (Martial Eagle?). Is it possible to ID the bird at all?

    These waders were seen in Jan Kok Salt Pans in Curaçao December 23, 2005. Are they Semipalmated Sandpipers? Sorry for the poor quality of the image.

    White-bellied Mountain-gem, Costa Rica?

    Seen at La Paz Waterfall north of San Jose March 15, 2020. I identified this as a White-bellied Mountain-gem, but this species is supposed to be scarce to uncommon at the feeders at La Paz. Do you agree with the ID? Edit: I am not questioning Costa Rica:)
