    I agree. When they decided to branch into their own assembly facility in China to do some OEM work, their operation was very bad. I guess the supplier in China, who designed and made ED3, Prime and first generation BX-4, stopped any business with ZR. So, they lost the capability to provide...

    Warning About Zen Ray for International Buyers

    Even US buyers can not get support. You could get some excuse, some intermittent problems with their email server.

    OEM For Zen-Ray

    The factory who designed and made Prime HD , ZEN ED3 binoculars and spotter for Zen Ray didn't supply these products for Zen Ray anymore. Zen Ray should still have some inventory. Several years ago, Zen Ray also said he have plant in China. Actually it was proved to be false.
