    ID request Attenborough Nature reserve, Nottingham, UK

    Hi all, My girlfriend and I are very new to birding and have managed to ID most of the ones we found yesterday however this one is beyond us. Please can anyone assist? Seen yesterday by the lake at Attenborough Nature reserve, Nottingham. Any help would be most appreciated. Many thanks.

    Just joined and my girlfriend and I wanted to say hi and thanks for having us! We are total newbies to this birding lark but have been having some wonderful experiences over the last few weeks at our local parks. Cheers!
