    GPO Spectra objective cover

    I purchased a Spectra and it arrived with an objective cover different from what's in the manual. The cover has a cord with a buckle, but I can't figure out where it buckles into. I am hoping someone with the same binocular would be able to answer. Perhaps, I am missing a part.
