    I agree ! https://www.xeno-canto.org/species/Rallus-aquaticus Some of the recordings are quite similar. There are plenty of those calling in the area, but never heard a sound like this ! They appear to be more variable in their song than I would've thought. Thanks ! :)

    Thanks you two ! @Deb Burhinus There were some starling in the area, rarely singing though. Acro sp. is an interesting suggestion, but they usually arrive in late april to mid may, so that seems unlikely too. @davercox I'm not sure, but what else could it be? End of march, 8 in the morning...
