    im a night shift taxi driver and have witnessed the herring gulls taking advantage of the night clubbers and pub dwellers having to fend off the local gulls on a nightly basis outside the takeaways,the gulls know where all the takeaways are,they also nest on the rooftops nearby these...

    checking if the lesser black backed gulls were back yet and took some distant pics ,never noticed the bird until I checked the pics,i first thought common gull but there is a common gull in the pic and it is much larger,taken today at riverside nature park dundee

    no sound on my hp g6 laptop

    the sound suddenly stopped on my laptop,i listen to a lot of music on you tube which was a bit annoying, all my saved camera vids are also soundless but when I play roulette online the sound is back,the sound is also there on the odd web video ?

    when I first saw this bird I thought it had a beak full of food but looking at the pic it looks like most of the matter is on top of the beak,parasite infection ?
