    Some one gave these away!

    "We might be able to get a few bucks for poor old Uncle Joe's furniture, but we won't get much for all this junk in boxes. Here, throw these old green binoculars in that box over there, I don't think they are good ones like Bush-nell, we'll give them to the Goodwill."...

    Trinovid strap.

    I have an older 10x40 Trinovid with a soft leather case. It has slots in the case which would appear to be so that you can thread the strap through the holes. I am unsure though how to unclip the strap from the binoculars. I've often tried, but am afraid to snap them off. Is there a trick to it?

    Hello from B.C.

    Hello. I'm a casual birder with a great interest in the equipment side. I have a great interest in international forums and hope to learn lots. I live on Vancouver Island but was born & grew up in S.Wales, so I couldnt resist the Welsh flag on my profile which I havent seen yet!
