    Melbourne - Tasmania ferry, any good for birds?

    This autumn I will visit Australia for the first time. We'll start at Tasmania and from there on go to Victoria and then towards Sydney. One of the things we are considering now is taking the Devenport - Melbourne ferry to try for seabirds and ceteceans. Beats flying... But I cannot find any...

    Skua Sri Lanka, March 2010

    During a pelagic from the southern coast of Sri Lanka I photographed a skua. The expected species there is pomarine.     Aquila eagle Cambodia Jan. 2009

    During a recent trip we saw an eagle at Tmat Boey (Cambodia) which we could not I.D. in the field. Thoughts varied between Greater spotted to Imperial eagle.
