    Swiftlet - Singapore - early June 2012

    Just reading through the guides and two different swiftlets are supposed to be found in Singapore. To me they all looked the same and they all looked and felt like Germain's swftlet. Thoughts on a postcard to the usual address. Thanks, Nick

    Lesser Emperor - Gt Yarmouth, Norfolk, 27th August.

    I had a small, quick, hawker flying around some scrub in South Denes at 12:15. I got a colleague and we both watched it for a good wee while before it headed off South. Small size, 2nd and 3rd area of abdomen bright blue, rest black.
