    Large raptor, Penang, Malaysia 03/10/18

    My brother took these photos yesterday 03/10/18 from his balcony in Georgetown overlooking the sea. He saw a very large raptor circling and thinks he may have a Greater Spotted Eagle as no white on the underbelly - all brown. ID comments and suggestions welcome.
