    Deceased bird mystery

    Foxes will cache food by burying it underground so that could be an explanation. I once discovered a fresh woodpigeon about a foot down in my allotment which came as a bit of a surprise! But I can’t see a fox digging through hardcore.

    Thanks Muppit17. Every day is a learning day for me! They were taken near Taroudant, in the Souss Mass, in an area of orange groves and ploughed fields. I struggle with larks and pipits at the best of times but until I tried to work this out I was totally oblivious to just how confusing these...

    Does anyone know if there are free flying white storks at the dalton zoo? Saw one flying over the road to Barrow on Monday and assume it wasn't wild? Cheers, Bart
