    SLC 10x50 - why was it discontinued?

    I had a 10x50 SLC Neu version for several years. It has nice contrast and sharpness, and very bright in lower light. It is a nice value when found used, as it is among the best 10x50's available even today. I would be looking for an SLC that is newer than 2002, when Swarobright, dielectric...
