    NWT Holme Dunes - Car Park Trial

    Further reading of the experiment says it will be principally operated at weekends, bank holidays and during school holidays which to me clearly indicates targeting an increasing trend of non member public footfall accessing the reserve to get to the beach and eroding dune system......eg wealthy...

    It appears that due to it's increasing visitor footprint, (mostly by beach goers ), a car park space prebooking system is to commence. Surprisingly this also applies to members of the Trust. Naturally some backlash from long time members...
