    The media may be a more effective and quicker option. Rubbish dumping at city "coastal beauty spot". Environmental health problems. High numbers of vermin etc. A line or two and some photies may speed up the process. I may have a wander over there this weekend. See how bad it's getting.

    The council will not fill in the potholes on the roads at/in the battery, and the ownership boundary between the Harbour Board land and the City Council land will also cause problems. Who will pay for what? I also note that 16 signatures have already been rejected by the council. A loosing...
