    ha, yea it was indeed. we would have been chattier but we were both knackered from a fairly boozy weekend and were also a bit worried about our westie disturbing your birding. nice to put a face to the name, i do keep a check on your bird group on flickr but i'm going through a bit of a down...

    we stopped at kinnordy for the very first time today on our way back to aberdeen from a weekend in bute. nice little reserve with a good range of birds. sadly no bittern but i was happy enough with the teal, lapwings, moorhen, coot, mallard, buzzard, whooper swan, mute swan, assorted tits...
