Another Great Day in the Pyrenees - 2020

I'll bring some more in May if the dreaded Covid permits. More common than sparrows on our site in Luz but here in the flatlands Nuthatch are uncommon. We've a pair in the garden at the moment - lovely birds...

Great morning in a wonderful valley - many thanks, Charles. "Extreme close ups of Griffons" - yes, quite close enough thank you. Brilliant spot, wonderful birds, excellent company - what more could one ask for?

The birds are a bit boring ;) , but the reptiles sound great. Still feeling envious as it's quiet here; we're all walking around looking like yetis... The ferries are running again and we've booked for Aug/Sep and fingers are very firmly crossed, hope to see you then.

Sorry, I've lost the 15 year post - I can see the white one though. Lesser pecker on 26 Aug 2000 and 27 May 18. Has the Tour been cancelled? Fingers crossed for August-Spetember.

Charles, it's good to have you posting again. Seems like things are warming up for another good Spring. I'm expecting good views of Dartford Warbler after what you said - see you in a couple of months. We can't wait to get back to the mountains.
