Hello everyone.
What is this gull?
Larus glaucoides kumlieni OR Larus cachinnans ??

I'm not sure if you noticed the pattern of the outermost tail feather, the "not-dark" eye and bill structure of this bird...
Would you have more pics of this gull?
 
Can a common gull ever show such a heavily barred tail (unless it’s a Kamchatka gull?). For me this is one of the LWH gulls

The eye is dark, even when the pic is over-brightened to near-complete burnout in photoshop :t:

The bill looks OK to me for Larus canus, the dark ring isn't strong enough for L. delawarensis.

Perhaps you can see what I mean with this brightened version. If you can see the pupil (as I do) then the eye is not fully dark. For the record, I wasn't suggesting RBGull (definitely couldn't be one with such large mirror of P10 for example). If I thought it was one I would have said so.
