A very dark bodied tern today. Body was almost solid black. Several flying about but of course none of my photo attempts came out in good focus. They were all moving too quickly and erratically for me to keep up.

Next was the three on the right, again dark bodied and possibly same species. Common Tern on the far left for comparison.
