A Chiffchaff and a male Blackcap around Salwarpe churchyard today plus Goldcrests and at least two Nuthatches.
At least 50 Skylarks concentrated around a couple of fields near Sinton Lane farm.
Water Rails along the canal at Tapenhall (2), Hawford and Salwarpe plus others in Coney reedbed.
1500+ Starlings roosted this evening in Coney but didn't put on much of a display - just dropped in in groups up to 300 birds.
Tufted Duck between Chatley and Hawford.
A few Redpolls and Siskins around Salwarpe.

Most of the usual species for the time of year - Redwings, Fieldfares, Meadow Pipits, Yellowhammers, Reed Buntings, Grey Wagtails, Cormorants, Grey Herons, Pied Wagtails, Coal Tit, Mistle Thrushes, Ravens, Sparrowhawks, Kestrels, Buzzards, two species of Woodpeckers, etc.
