The English language one can be found on Avibase under checklists. Click Spanish under synonyms to get what you want. (just remember that Spanish names are not internationally standardized, so the names might not be what is used locally, but bird guides are likely to know the English names and anyone else with bird knowledge are likely to know the scientific name).
