Scoping options for K10D owner (1 Viewer)

Can anyone point me at a succinct description of the options if I wish to use my K10D for digiscoping? I'm thinking of buying a 'scope, but don't want to limit my picture taking options. Is there any particular advantage to buying a Pentax 'scope (I quite like the look of Nikon)? I believe that Pentax make some kind of adaptor for its K-mount DSLRs, but it's very expensive (and rare). Do I really need that, or could I use a T-mount - I see Viking make these for various SLRs, though I'm not sure about Pentax. And would that choice (if available) limit me to a Viking scope.
Any help greatly appreciated.
