It's a shame they dont publish the grid references of these finds. Maybe a few of the shooting fraternity would get a guilt complex and boycot those estates that cary out these barbaric acts. I know a few hunters who have vowed not to use the one of the local estates in the elgin area after the gamekeeper was caught with an illegal gun and pesticides.

Just as a matter of interest do the few who get caught, taken to court and found guilty have their licences revoked for life? Unfortunately fines and the occasional imprisonment don't appear to be a strong enough deterrent. Perhaps more drastic action such as revoking licences across an entire estate could be introduced. Whilst I accept that there may be a few rogue gamekeepers around their employers need to be encouraged to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. If they continue to turn a blind eye to what's going on surely they're complicit.
