Flycatcher ID in New York: (1 Viewer)

I need help with a Flycatcher and a Warbler. They were in a swampy area with apple trees and other short tree's. The flycatcher is the same in all pictures.

Those were my choices as well. The big head, eyering, and short primary projections did it for me. The warbler is all yellow below, dark eye, plain face, light edgings on secondaries.
