Hi guys! I need some help IDing this little brown job. Is this an Acrocephalus palustris??

Unfortunately I didn't hear the bird singing, so IDing is fairly difficult for my knowledge by just the looks of the bird.

It has fair legs and a 'cute looking' face for sure, but it does appear a bit brownish, but maybe could due to the light. What do you reckon?

Extremely difficult to be sure from these pics. As you already mentioned the lighting can play tricks... I would put it down as either A. scirpaceus or A. palustris
