Given a decent amount of coverage, I reckon this site really does have the potential to produce a biggy. Oakley Marsh, not far away, has produced Savi's Warbler, Aquatic Warbler and Purple Heron in the past, so why not something of that calibre here - in some respects, the habitat and position (next to a river) may even be better than Oakley. I have a dream of finding Worcestershire's first Great Reed here - now that would put it firmly on the map. Wishful thinking, perhaps but who knows.
