1. Sanderling
2. Blackburnian Warbler
3. Ruddy ground dove ( I think )
4. Laughing gull
5. Maybe osprey, look a bit odd to me though

Agree with all except #2, which is a Yellow-throated Warbler.

(Possibly the Osprey are nearly-fledged young?)

5 look like a Hawk-Eagle of some sort. Possibly juvenile Ornate Hawk-Eagles?

Definitely not Ospreys.

They are ospreys Jim, the ssp ridgewayi is mostly white headed.

Well certainly more likely near human habitation, I guess I'm probably being fooled by the angle. My first thought on looking at thumbnail was Ridgeway's Ospreys, but they just don't look right in the full photo: Eyes look small relative to head, and too close together, and beak looks dark and massive, with the appearance of a crest. This seems closer: http://www.flickr.com/photos/head_for_a_hat/1781442559/

Any more photos? Was their forest nearby? If not, must be Osprey. Was thinking this might be a mayan ruin near jungle, but on second glance looks like something more contemporary.

The nest was in the middle of the night club area. Very busy and noisy.

saw this bird a few miles away.
