Any views please ? scalloped.... hazel, oak, or dusky scalloped oak?

Came to light in jersey 1 September. 30 mm wingtip to wingtip. causing some discussion. All opinions welcomed. Thanks

Not a moth I'm familiar with but can't see it as anything but Dusky. Would that be a first for Jersey?
