I think you've definitely done it justice, Arthur. This is a lovely picture.
 
There's a sort of Scandinavian feel to your work Arthur (of course that's a good thing). It also, for some reason I can't fathom, brings William Morris to mind.
I really like the results (wouldn't mind a close up or two to dissect your technique - ha ha !)

I really like your style Arthur. There is something very pleasing with the mixture of the details of the subject matter and simplicity of the background/foreground work. Something about the lines and the color, I think.
