black tailed small pigeon? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Im new here.
Got the usual wood pigeons, but today, 2 black tailed small pigeons have arrived to feed on the bread I left out.
Anybody know what they are?

A very wild guess (a bit more description would help) however I get Stock Doves coming into my garden to the feeders.

Hi Lee, welcome to BF. The pigeons sound very much like Stock Pigeons - a rather better looking bird than the big fat Wood Pigeons or the scruffy Feral Pigeons that normally end up in gardens. Cracking birds. Check out Stock Pigeon in Opus ( at the top of the page )
