I've never been any good at waders (sorry shorebirds for US) and it's more than a decade since I lived in the US but I'll take a stab at white-rumped sandpiper, because the wings look longer than the tail (well I can't see the tail anyway), and wait for someone to tell me why I'm wrong.

Seems like a Semipalmated Sandpiper to me. The primaries only just extend beyond the tertials (should be longer on White-rumped) and the bill also seems a better shape and colour for SemiP.
